Bobby Real Estate Agent provides an online platform for prospective tenants to browse available rental properties, schedule property viewings, and submit rental applications. We act as an intermediary between applicants and property owners or landlords.

3. Rental Applications

• Submitting a rental application does not constitute an offer of tenancy, an accepted application, or a tenancy agreement.
• All applications are subject to review, verification, and approval by the property owner or authorized property manager.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information. Materially false or misleading information may result in your application being declined and may affect your eligibility under applicable law.
• We reserve the right to verify the information you provide through lawful means, including reference checks and background checks where permitted.

4. Appointments

• Viewing appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A requested appointment is not a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled viewing. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.

5. Application Fees

Application fees are only charged where legally permitted for the property's jurisdiction. If an application fee applies, the amount, purpose, refund eligibility, and refund conditions will be clearly displayed before you submit your application. Fees are processed through authorized payment methods only. We do not collect payment card details directly on this platform.

6. Electronic Signatures

By typing your full legal name as a signature on the rental application, you acknowledge that this constitutes your agreement to the declarations presented to you. The legal standing of electronic signatures may vary by jurisdiction. We do not represent that a typed signature qualifies as a legally qualified electronic signature in every jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to access other applicants' accounts, applications, or personal information.
• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bobby Real Estate Agent provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved or that any property will remain available.

9. Jurisdiction

The applicable jurisdiction for each property is configurable and may vary. Legal notices and compliance requirements displayed with a property application apply only to that property's jurisdiction. We do not claim that legal compliance has been independently verified. Applicants are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to their specific situation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
